20 min Easy
📋 What You'll Need
- •A long balloon
- •About 10 feet of string

👣 Step by Step
🔍 What to Observe
- •How far did the balloon rocket travel?
- •Did more air make it go farther?
- •What pushed the balloon forward?
💡 Tips & Safety
- •This is Newton's third law — the air pushes back, and the balloon shoots forward.
- •Real rockets push burning gas downward to push the rocket upward.
- •The straw keeps the balloon on a straight path, like a rocket's guidance system.
