Student Engineering Challenges
Competitions and projects for university and K-12 teams.
The Problem
Florida has a deep bench of student talent in engineering, computer science, and ecology — but few structured pathways to apply it to real conservation problems with mentorship, funding, and field access.
Our Approach
Run themed student competitions and capstone partnerships tied to real lab challenges. Provide problem statements, mentors, stipends, and field-test opportunities so student work graduates from prototype to deployment.
